Kenmore washers?
my kenmore washes the clothes but wont empty the water so it can complete the cycle

Keep calling Sears repair. We had the same problem on a new HE washer from Kenmore and they replaced the pump several times at no charge to us. Eventually they told us the pump was a bad design and recalled and they were replacing all the pumps with a different design. They put it in and we have had no problems since. If you have a high efficiency washer you need to use high efficiency detergent. It will have a big HE on the side of the bottle.brCall Sears and let them know you may need your pump replaced with the updated design.
