Keep getting phone calls from withheld number!?

Keep getting phone calls from withheld number!?
Im with BT. If I answer the phone it goes dead and when I dial The caller has withheld their number. Most of the time it only rings a couple of times and then stops. It started a few weeks back but Im getting more and more calls each day!

get a phone with caller display,not expensive, then sign up to BT privacyfree and at least you will be able to see that the call is withheld without using , if you tell people you know that you wont answer if number is withheld then you will always see who is calling before you answer like the mother in law
